  1. Caramel Preparation:
    • In a saucepan, dissolve sugar in water and bring to medium heat.

    • Pour the caramel evenly into the bottom and sides of a pudding mold. Set aside.

  4. Unmolding and Serving:
    • Run a knife around the pudding to release it from the mold.
